This simple relish is the perfect blend of carrots into a chutney that can be served with almost everything. This is a tasty side dish because its light and healthy to consume.
STEP 1.In 1tsp oil sauté ginger, garlic, green chilli, carrot and salt.
STEP 2.Shift the mixture in a plate to cool and in the same pan, sauté diced tomato (deseeded).
STEP 3.Grind all the above ingredients and serve.
