1/2 Cup Basmati rice
1/2 Cup Carrot
1/2 Cup Potato
1 Pieces Green chillies
A Pinch Coriander leaves
A Bunch Curry leaves
1/4 Inch Ginger
2 Pieces Garlic cloves
1/2 Tsp Coriander seeds
1 Pieces redchillies
1/2 Cup Onions
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
To Taste Salt
1/4 Tsp Garam masala powder
50 g Butter
1/2 Pieces Bayleaf
1 Pieces Black pepper corns
1.50 Pieces Green cardamom pods
1 Pieces Cloves
1/2 Pieces Mace
1/2 Pieces Star anise
1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
Directions: Carrot Aloo Masala Pulao ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐ Recipe
STEP 1.First take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add redchillies, coriander seeds, dry roast it well. Then, switch off d flame. After cooling, take it in a jar, grind it becomes fine powder.
STEP 2.After, take ginger, garlic cloves, turmeric, grind it becomes paste.
STEP 3.After, take basmati rice soak 30 mins with water. Then, boiled it well in medium flame, add salt into it. Then, strain d water, moisture gone. Keep aside.
STEP 4.After, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add butter, whole spices, cumin seeds, fry it well. Then, add onion slices, green chilli slices, fry it well & saute it well. Then, add ginger garlic paste, fry it well. Then, add carrot pieces, potato pieces, fry it well. Then, add turmeric & salt mix it well. Then, add coriander leaves & curry leaves, sufficient water for boiling. Cook 15 mins close d lid. Then add redchilli coriander powder, mix it well. Finally add boiled basmati rice, mix it well.
