1.50 kilogram Chicken Thighs, skinned
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 No.s Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1/2 No.s Green Bell Pepper, sliced
1/2 No.s Orange Bell Pepper, sliced
1/2 No.s Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
2 cup Water
1 No.s large carrot, julienned
400 milliliter Pineapple Chunks with juice
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1 tablespoon Corn Starch

STEP 1.1 - season the chicken with garlic powder, onions, paprika and salt.

STEP 2.2 - leave it to marinate from 1 hour to a day.

STEP 3.1 - cook the chicken in a skillet from both the sides or until it turns brown.

STEP 4.2 - bake it for 30 minutes in the oven.

STEP 5.3 - boil some water in a pan and add baked chicken to it.

STEP 6.4 - boil some water in a pan and add all the vegetables in it with pineapple juice, cornstarch mix and ketchup.
