  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 0.17 bottle beer
  • 0.17 can coconut milk
  • 75 gram white fish
  • 0.06 cup Cilantro
  • 0.17 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 0.17 cup cooked basmati rice
  • 1 No.s Lime wedges

Directions: Carnitas Tacos With Pickled Red Onion Recipe

  • STEP 1.1 - preheat the oven at 250 degrees.

  • STEP 2.2 - heat a skillet on medium heat and add garlic to it.

  • STEP 3.3 - cook it for 8 minutes and let it cool down.

  • STEP 4.4 - combine it with the rind juice, achiote paste and oil in a blender until it turns smooth.

  • STEP 5.5 - sprinkle some salt on the pork and evenly spread the prepared sauce on it.

  • STEP 6.6 - cover and bake it in a dutch oven at 250 degrees for 6 hours.
