Spaghetti carbonara is one of my favorite easy italian recipes. It is a wonderful recipe when you want something quick yet warm, filling and comforting.
As required Salt and freshly ground pepper, to your taste
0.13 teaspoon Oil
1/4 Onion, peeled and finely sliced
1.25-1.50 Slices bacon
1/4 cup Mushrooms, washed and sliced
1 tablespoon Butter
0.08 cup Parmesan cheese
1.25 Eggs, beaten
1/4 tablespoon Parsley, freshly chopped, optional
