  • 1/50 cup Sugar
  • 1/25 cup Melted Butter
  • 0.08 pint Caramel Ice Cream

  • STEP 1.In a food processor, pulse pecans, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  • STEP 2.Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Spread a layer of caramel ice cream over the crust. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add a layer of vanilla ice cream on top of the caramel layer. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Repeat the process with another layer of caramel ice cream and a final layer of vanilla ice cream.
  • STEP 6.Cover the cake with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 7.Before serving, remove the cake from the springform pan and drizzle with caramel sauce. Sprinkle with toasted pecans.
