Cupsicum is high in folate or folic acid, which is important for rapid growth and multiplication red blood cells and white blood cells in the bone marrow. Capsicum also known as red pepper or chilli pepper is an herb. It's fruit are commonly applied to the skin of arthritis pain So my family is eaten in different veg and non veg items. Capsicum is the very favourite for Indian cuisine.

Ingredients for capsicum with chicken dry Recipe

  • 40.20 gm Cupsicum
  • 100.40 nos Chicken gm.
  • 40.60 gm Onion
  • 0.80 nos turmeric powder few
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder one
  • 1.20 teaspoons Soya sauce two
  • 1.80 nos Ginger and garlic paste + teaspoon.
  • 1.60 nos salt to taste
  • 1.80 tablespoons Mustard oil two
  • 2 nos red and green chilli four
  • 2.20 nos Lemon one medium
  • 2.40 teaspoon Jeera powder half
  • 2.60 teaspoon Chicken masala one

Directions: Capsicum With Chicken Dry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take the capsicum and wash it well and cut in medium size.
  • STEP 2.The chicken are cut in medium size and wash it well. Now the chicken pieces are marinated with salt, lemon juice, jeera powder, ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and chicken masala mix with together and cover them for 10th minutes. After 10th minutes the marinate chicken pieces fry them in medium heat and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Take a pan and add the oil and heat in high flame. Now add the onion slices fry in medium heat for five minutes. Add the all masala and fry in low heat. When they are like golden colour then add the fry chicken and fry in low heat for five minutes. Now add the soya sauce with fry masala chicken and mix well and fry them. Now add the cupsicum with chicken masala and fry with them for two minutes in low heat. When they are like dry fry and cover the lid and i remove the pan . Serve it hot with rice.
  • STEP 4.The capsicum with chicken dry made for very easy. This dish is so tasty, delicious and healthy also. My family love very much.
