STEP 1.First wash the cappsicum then cut the rings of the cappsicum
STEP 2.Now take a bowl add potatoes ,panner , carrot , cornflour ,chillie flakes,salt ,Maggi masala , Italian herbs ginger garlic paste and green chilli and mix well
STEP 3.Now take a cappsicum ring and put the stuffing in it and make all rings like this process
STEP 4.Now take a nonstick twa apply oil then keep all the stuffed cappsicum ring and roast well both side of the kabab ,now serve with your favorite deep or chutney
