  • STEP 1.In a pan, dry roast peanuts until they turn golden brown. Allow them to cool and then grind them into a coarse powder.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, whisk yogurt until smooth. Add the roasted peanut powder, finely chopped capsicum, salt, and cumin powder. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add curry leaves and green chilies. Fry for a few seconds and pour this tempering over the raita.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve chilled.
