  • 1.50 tablespoon Ginger juice
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

  • STEP 1.Grate 1 ½ inch ginger and squeeze out ginger juice. 1 ½ tbsp of ginger should be made this way. Pour it into a bigger bowl and keep aside.use quickly after extraction.

    • STEP 2.1 in a saucepan add 1 cup full fat milk and 1 tbsp sugar. Turn the heat to medium and swirl to dissolve the sugar. Heat the milk to between 158 to 167 degree fahrenheit . Use a thermometer.

    • STEP 3.2 once the milk reaches the correct temperature pour it into the bowl with the ginger juice. Do not stir.

    • STEP 4.3 let it set for a few minutes. Test it by placing the back of a teaspoon on the surface of the pudding. If the spoon does not sink, it means the pudding has solidified.
