STEP 1.Firstly, wash musk melon & make a small opening at the top
STEP 2.Deseed completely
STEP 3.Now take out the pulp in a cup using a knife or spoon
STEP 4.Grind this pulp in a blender to get puree
STEP 5.Now boil milk in a thick bottom pan
STEP 6.Add washed basmati rice (better to soak for sometime to get good results)
STEP 7.Boil till rice grains get cooked
STEP 8.Now add musk melon purée, milkmaid & mix well
STEP 9.Let it cool
STEP 10.Refrigerate for one hour
STEP 11.Serve chilled
STEP 12.Garnish with almonds & pistachios
STEP 13.Healthy & very delicious cantaloupe /musk melon pudding ready to enjoyyyy
