1 teaspoon Nos Maggi Crevette or 2 bouillon powder
2 tablespoon blended garlic and ginger optional
1 Nos Nos habanero pepper optional
1 teaspooon contri onions optional

3-4 handfuls green leafy vegetable
Directions: Cameroonian Sese Plantains Recipe
step 1
STEP 1.Peel the plantains and cut the ends. Rinse the plantains and cut it into pieces

STEP 1.Chopped the onions. Crush the crayfish coarsely
step 3
STEP 1.Wash dried fish. Peel off ginger and chop it in pieces the remove the skin of garlic cloves
step 4
STEP 1.Crush garlic and ginger along with some salt in mortar . chop spinach.
step 5
STEP 1. In a pot add goat meat, chopped onion, some water followed by some salt. Boil the ingredients for about 30 mins.

STEP 1.Now add plantains ,chopped onions, crayfish, palm oil and add enough water to cover the plantains. Add dried fish and mix all ingredients well.

STEP 1.cover with the lid and bring it to a boil. now add ginger ,garlic paste, salt as per taste and maggi seasoning cubes.
step 8
STEP 1.Now add one hot pepper, again cover the pot with the lid and cook until plantains are soft for approx 20-30 mins. Add the spinach leaves ,mix it and meanwhile remove the pepper.
step 9
STEP 1.Now turn off the flame and keep it covered for 5 mins and then serve.
