  • 1 pound medium shrimp
  • 1 stick butter divided
  • 1 head garlic peeled and whole
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • As required Juice of lime
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • As required Chopped cilantro topping
