STEP 1.Remove the seeds of guajillo chilies and chile de arbol

STEP 1.In a stock pot, add the chilies and water.

STEP 1.Boil the water and turn of the heat and let the chilies sit for 5mins

STEP 1.Add the chilies ,tomatoes,chipotle pepper, onion, garlic and salt in a blender

STEP 1.Blend to make the sauce

STEP 1.Peel the shrimp and season with salt and pepper

STEP 1.Heat olive oil in a pan

STEP 1.Add the onions and fry well

STEP 1.Add the shrimp and fry for 2 mins

STEP 1.Add the sauce and cook for 2 mins.

STEP 1.Serve with rice and lime wedge
