STEP 1.Add little warm water to the yeast mixture and leave the yeast mixture still for 2-5 minutes to let it activate.

STEP 2.Add the remaining warm water to the flour. Also, add 2 tbsp of olive oil and the activated yeast mixture. Bring together the whole mixture with the help of a fork.

STEP 3.Knead the dough for 10 minutes and add 1 tbsp of salt and 1 tbsp of oil. Again knead the dough until the oil and salt mixture has disappeared.

STEP 4.Sprinkle some flour and place the dough over it and cover it with a wet muslin cloth and leave the dough still for 20-25 minutes.

STEP 5.Add 1/2 tbsp of oregano to pizza dough.

STEP 6.Take a silicone sheet and roll out the pizza dough very slowly

STEP 7.Spread a handful of spinach leaves over the dough

STEP 8.Also add 200 gm shredded cheese

STEP 9.Now add 1 finely chopped bell pepper and some fresh basil leaves.

STEP 10.Cut the dough into slices and fold it.

STEP 11.Smear it with milk

STEP 12.Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

STEP 13.Sprinkle a bit of raw salt over the baked calzone.
