  • 37.50 gms Flour
  • 20 gms Oil
  • 37.50 gms Sugar
  • 8.75 gms coco powder
  • 1/2 nos medium sized bananas mashed.
  • 1/4 tsp lemon rind
  • 1/2 nos Egg
  • 0.06 tsp baking soda
  • 0.06 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Sour cream or curd
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Sugar powder for sprinkling

Directions: Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.TAKE 80 GMS OF OIL.
  • STEP 2.ADD 150 GMS OF POWDERED SUGAR.
  • STEP 3.BEAT TILL FLUFFY.
  • STEP 4.ADD 1 TSP OF LEMON RIND.
  • STEP 5.ADD 2 EGGS ONE BY ONE.
  • STEP 6.BEAT EGG BEFORE ADDING ANOTHER.
  • STEP 7.ADDING SECOND EGG.
  • STEP 8.ADD 2 MEDIUM RIPE,MASHED BANANAS.
  • STEP 9.MIX ON HIGH FOR 1 MINUTE.
  • STEP 10.ADD 1 TBSP OF CURD OR SOUR CREAM.
  • STEP 11.IN A SIEVE TAKE 150 GMS OF FLOUR.
  • STEP 12.ADD 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA.
  • STEP 13.ADD 1/4 TSP OF SALT.
  • STEP 14.ADD 1 TSP OF BAKING POWDER.
  • STEP 15.ADD 35 GMS OF COCO POWDER.
  • STEP 16.SIFT ALL DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
  • STEP 17.NOW ADD DRY INGREDIENTS TO THE WET INGREDIENT'S MIXTURE ON LOW SPEED ,GRADUALLY.
  • STEP 18.ADDING AND MIXING AT LOW SPEED.
  • STEP 19.ADD 1/2 CUP OF MILK GRADUALLY TO THE BATTER.(ADD HALF OF THE MILK AND MIX)
  • STEP 20.ADDING REMAINING HALF OF THE MILK IN THE MIXTURE.
  • STEP 21.BEAT FOR 30 SECONDS ,DON'T OVER BEAT .
  • STEP 22.GREASE AND LINED THE BAKING PAN. PUT BATTER IN THE PAN AND PAT FOR AVOIDING AIR BUBBLES.
  • STEP 23.BAKE IN PRE HEATED OVEN AT 180℃ FOR 45 MINS.(YOU CAN SET TIME AS PER YOUR OVEN)
  • STEP 24.SPRINKLE POWDER SUGAR OVER THE CAKE
