Ingredients for Cabbage sabji Recipe

  • 0.33 nos cabbage medium shreadded
  • 0.67 nos tomatoes chopped
  • 1 nos green chillies chopped
  • 0.33 nos bay leaf
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin
  • 0.33 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • As required salt to taste
  • 0.17 tsp Sugar
  • 0.67 nos Potatoes Diced
  • 0.33 tbsp green peas
  • 0.33 tsp garam masala
  • 0.67 tsp Ghee

Directions: Cabbage Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in pan. Add bay leaf and cumin. Add the potatoes.. saute.
  • STEP 2.Add green chillies and tomatoes. Mix well. Cover and cook till potatoes are soft and tomato is mushy
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Add salt and sugar. Cook till oil separates . Add peas
  • STEP 4.Add the cabbage mix well. On medium to low flame let it cook for 20 min. Add garam masala
  • STEP 5.Add ghee. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Serve
  • STEP 7.Add the cabbage
