Ingredients for CABBAGE ROLL WITH CAULIFLOWER DIP/HUMMUS Recipe

  • As required For Cabbage Roll:
  • 1 nos big leaves of cabbage
  • 0.17 cup Sweet corn
  • 0.17 cup chopped spinach/palak leaves
  • 0.17 cup grated paneer
  • 0.17 tsp Green chilli ginger garlic paste
  • 0.33 tsp mixed herbs/oregano
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • As required Salt
  • As required Oil
  • As required For coating:
  • 1.33 tbsp Cornflour
  • As required Water
  • As required Salt
  • As required bread crumbs
  • As required For Cauliflower Dip/Hummus
  • 0.17 cup flowerlets
  • 0.33 tbsp white roasted sesame seeds
  • 0.33 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.33 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0-0.33 nos Garlic Cloves
  • 0.17 tsp pepper powder
  • 0.33 tsp Curd
  • As required Salt
  • As required For Garnish
  • As required Roasted white n black sesame seeds
  • As required Roasted cauliflower
  • As required Carrots
  • As required Coriander leaves

Directions: Cabbage Roll With Cauliflower Dip/hummus Recipe

  • STEP 1.For Cabbage Roll
  • STEP 2.Boil water. Add cabbage leaves boil for just 5 min. Remove put in ice cold water or chilled water. Remove from water n let it dry.
  • STEP 3.In pan add oil. Add sweet corn saute it. Then add chopped palak again saute. Add green chilli ginger garlic paste. Saute add grated paneer, salt red chilli flakes, oregano powder. Saute again for a min. Keep aside
  • STEP 4.Take cabbage leaf add the filling on one side
  • STEP 5.Roll once tightly. Fold the sides of cabbage inwards. Now roll till end apply thick slury. Keep aside. Repeat same for all leaves .
  • STEP 6.Now dip the roll in slury n roll on bread crumbs.
  • STEP 7.Keep in fridge for 1/2 hr.
  • STEP 8.For cauliflower dip:
  • STEP 9.Boil flowerlets till half done. Strain it. In pan add little oil n roast flower. Let it cool.
  • STEP 10.In mixie jar add roasted white sesame seeds grind it then add cauliflower curd, lemon juice, garlic, grind to smooth paste. Adjust the consistency. Last add salt , pepper powder.
  • STEP 11.Keep aside.
  • STEP 12.Now shallow fry the cabbage rolls till golden colour on all sides. U can deep fry or shallow fry.
  • STEP 13.Cut into half.
  • STEP 14.Garnish the dip with roasted cauliflower, black n white sesame seeds, red chilli flakes.
  • STEP 15.Serve the rolls hot with dip n enjoy.
  • STEP 16.It is crispy outside n soft inside n juicy corn burst in mouth. With the dip its yummy 😋
