Cabbage rice, a quick, easy to make healthy rice variety which is a perfect recipe for kid's lunch box. Cabbage along with onions, peas are sauteed with salt, green chili and ginger. To this sauteed veggies, cooked rice is added and gently mixed. A very mild but so delicious rice with richness of vegetables.
