  • 1/4 Pieces Cabbage
  • 1 Pieces Egg
  • 1 Pieces medium size potato: cut into small
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 Pieces green chilli
  • 1/2 Pieces Bay leaf / tej pa
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Chicken masala powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam masala pawder
  • 1/2 As Required For Ganishing Chopped corinder leaves
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin pawder

Directions: Cabbage Egg Omelette Curry#bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cabbage should be finely chopped. Cover in low flame with a little salt and cook till the water dries.
  • STEP 2.Beat eggs with salt, turmeric, green chilli and mix with cabbage.
  • STEP 3.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, pour the egg mixture, spread it a little thick, cover it and keep it in low flame for 3-4 minutes.
  • STEP 4.The omelette should be cut into squares and sallow fried.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan and fry the sliced ​​potatoes.
  • STEP 6.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add green chilli, bay leaves, onion paste with cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chicken seasoning, tomato paste, salt and potatoes.
  • STEP 7.When the potatoes are cooked, cook for 2-3 minutes with a piece of omelette and then remove with hot spices and coriander leaves.
