  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped cabbage, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Pour in the buttermilk and bring it to a gentle boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the cabbage is cooked and the flavors are well blended.
