  • 4 Slices Of Bread

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.Toss the butternut squash slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them out on the baking sheet.
  • STEP 3.Roast the squash for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
