Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400掳F (200掳C).
  • STEP 2.Peel and dice the butternut squash into small cubes.
  • STEP 3.Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  • STEP 4.Place the butternut squash and Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
  • STEP 5.Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
