This is an innovative recipe made with less oil & spices..
Here I have used buttermilk seasoned with some regular spices as a gravy ..
Turned out to be very tasty ..
STEP 2.Add Whole Garam Masala , saute it for a minute .
STEP 3.In goes onion , stir fry it until pink .
STEP 4.Add chicken pcs now , stir fry it for a minute .
STEP 5.Now add ginger garlic paste , stir fry it until chicken turns a lil brown .
STEP 6.Add in red chilli powder , haldi powder & salt , mix it well . Sprinkle lil water to avoid burning . Stir fry it until oil has oozed out .
STEP 7.In the mean time , take a mixing jar , add all the ingredients of buttermilk one by one , add 1/2 cup water , blend it thoroughly .
STEP 8.Add buttermilk in the chicken , mix it well , add more water ( 1.5 cup ) , give a boil .
STEP 9.Cook it for 5 minutes . Lower the flame , cover it with the lid , cook it until gravy becomes saucy . Stir in between only once .
STEP 10.Turn off the flame , open the lid after 5 minutes .
STEP 11.Take out in a serving bowl , garnish it with chopped dhania patta .
STEP 12.Can be served along with any Pulao...
