Ingredients for Butter Scotch Crunchy Icecream Recipe

  • 125 gms 1000 gms
  • 1/4 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1/2 tbsp Milk powder
  • 1/4 tbsp g.m.s powder
  • 0.03 tsp stablizer
  • 1 tbsp Sugar or honey
  • 0.38 tbsp Butterscotch syrup
  • 0.13 tsp Butterscotch essence
  • 0.06 tsp 1/2 tsp saffron colour or few thread of saffron soaked in 1 tbsp
  • 0.06 cup Praline

Directions: Butter Scotch Crunchy Icecream Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix cornflour ,milk powder, g.m.s & stablizer in 1 cup cold milk keep aside
  • STEP 2.Boil 1 ltr milk in a heavy bottom pan ..after the 1st boil put on low flame .Now add the cornflour paste n sugar n keep stirring contiuously to avoid getting lumps ..add safron or colour.
  • STEP 3.Boil for 4-5 mins.
  • STEP 4.Remove from fire n cool ..
  • STEP 5.freeze it for 3-4 hours..
  • STEP 6.Take the mixture an beat it well with a beater..till it is fluffy n smooth..
  • STEP 7.Now add the essence and butterscotch syrup beat again for few mins..
  • STEP 8.Pour the mixture in a setting bowl add the crushed praline stir it slightly and
  • STEP 9.freeze it for 5_6 hours .
  • STEP 10.Serve chilled.

  • STEP 12.1/4 cup sugar
  • STEP 13.1/4 cup blenched almonds or kaju
  • STEP 14.little oil
  • STEP 15.put the sugar in a heavy bottom pan ..
  • STEP 16.cook on a low flame
  • STEP 17.stirring contiuously till the sugar dissolves n turns golden brown
  • STEP 18.Now add nuts n mix well
  • STEP 19.greese a plate with oil and spread the sugar syrup n leave it to set ..
  • STEP 20.crush praline n mix into icecream.
