Ingredients for Butter Masala Paneer Recipe

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 0.67 tbsp Ginger chilli paste
  • 0.67 tsp green chilli paste
  • 0.33 cup Onion paste
  • 0.33 cup Tomato paste
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.67 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.67 tsp Coriander cumin powder
  • 0.67 tsp Kitchen king masala
  • 1.33 tbsp Special masala
  • 0.17 cup Cream
  • 0.33 tsp Shah jeera
  • 0.33 Pieces Dice onion
  • 0.33 Pieces Dice capsicum
  • 66.67 grams Dice Paneer

Directions: Butter Masala Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.For gravy
  • STEP 2.Heat the oil and butter in pan then add all the paste one by one and saute till oil is released.
  • STEP 3.Now do the seasoning to it, water to adjust the consistency and cook it till oil is released.
  • STEP 4.For shabje
  • STEP 5.Heat oil and butter in pan add shah jeera, ginger garlic and chili paste, saute for 1-2 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Now add dice vegetables and Paneer and do the seasoning and mix it well.
  • STEP 7.Now combine the gravy and shabje, cook for a while by adding cream.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with cream and serve it hot with paratha.
  • STEP 9.Special masala
  • STEP 10.Take Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and black pepper in equal proportion and grind it  coarsely.
