  • 2-3 Butter cubes
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • As required Chopped Coriander
  • As required Maida
  • As required Salt
  • As required Black pepper

  • STEP 1.Unleash the shells and wash the prawns thoroughly.

  • STEP 2.Chopped the garlic clove and the coriander leaves.

  • STEP 3.Take a tawa kadai to add 2-3 cubes of butter.

  • STEP 4.Once it starts melting add the chopped garlic and saute them gently. When the garlic starts cooking it will smell divine with the combination of butter.

  • STEP 5.Add the washed prawns and fry them from both sides.

  • STEP 6.Once it starts getting golden add salt to taste, black pepper, and saute them well with the prawns.
