  • 75 g rms rice (washed)
  • 25 g rms mint coriander leaves
  • 5 g rms chilli paste
  • 10 g rms whole garam masala
  • 5 g rms ghee
  • 5 g rms kaju
  • 2.50 g rms lemon juice
  • 10 g rms diced aloo
  • 5 g Carrot
  • 10 g rms chopped onion
  • 10 g rms green peas
  • 2.50 g salt as per taste

Directions: Butta Biryani _karnataka Special Recipe

  • STEP 1.1)Heat a pressure cooker pour ghee
  • STEP 2.Add onions whole spices fry well
  • STEP 3.2)take a blender put mint, coriander,green chilli make fine paste add required water to make paste
  • STEP 4.3)then add ginger garlic paste fry well until rawness left then add potato, carrot,green peas fry well for 2mins
  • STEP 5.4)then add salt,washed rice,mint paste ,once its well fried
  • STEP 6.5)then add water as per required close lid cook to get 3 vissels
  • STEP 7.6)then open place biryani in butta add ghee
  • STEP 8.7)add lemon juice close lid cook 2 mins once its binds flavour ready to serve with butta
