STEP 2.Add lukewarm 2tbsp milk add yeast n sugar leave for 10 mins for yeast to bloom.
STEP 3.Take a bowl add flour, salt,yeast mixture , milk powder,butter n mix well .
STEP 4.Add lukewarm milk slowly slowly knead dough well for 7_10 mins till the dough becomes soft n smooth.
Cover it in greese bowl
Leave it for 60 mins to prove
After first proving punch the dough n release the gas
Knead again for 2_3 mins.
Divide the dough into equal portions.
Make round shape .
Greese the balls n cover it leave again for 45. _60ins. Till double in size.
Put these balls in preheated oven n bake at 180degree for 25_30mins.
