Bun No Nam Bo is a sweet, sour, and spicy traditional Vietnamese dish made of noodles with beef, chopped onion, bean sprouts, peanuts, and fresh herbs.
As required Fresh vegetables of your choice: coriander, mint, perilla leaves, lettuce, bean sprouts, chopped cucumber, etc

STEP 1.In a bowl, mix the meat, oyster sauce, minced garlic, minced lemongrass, salt, pepper, broth, and one tbsp oil. Combine well and let marinate for a minimum of quarter-hour.

STEP 2.Cook the rice pasta as tutored within the package.

STEP 3.In a heated pan, add two tbsp oil and therefore the remainder of the minced garlic and sauté until sweet-smelling. Then add the marinated beef and stir-fry on high heat till the meat is not any longer pink.

STEP 4.To assemble the dish, place some recent greens within the bowl, then one or two of rice pasta. Prime with the stir-fried beef, preserved radish plant, and carrots (do chua), deep-fried shallot, and crushed peanuts.

STEP 5.Pour some lightweight dipping fish sauce over the noodle (like dish dressings). Stir well and serve.
