  • 25 milliliter Rice vinegar
  • As required Sunflower oil, to shallow-fry
  • 62.50 gram Vermicelli rice noodles, soaked, drained
  • As required Fresh mint leaves, to serve
  • As required Bird's-eye chillies, sliced, to serve
  • 1/4 L massel chicken style liquid stock
  • 1/4 tablespoon Caster sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
