  • 1/4 pound Chicken tenders, cut into bite size pieces
  • 3/4 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup About shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 0.13 Cup Blue Cheese, Crumbled
  • 0.06 Cups All purpose flour  -
  • 1/4 Nos One egg (optional)
  • 0.13 Cups Buffalo sauce

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat your oven to 200°C. Place a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to preheat. Then , in a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, melted butter, crumbled blue cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • STEP 2.Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to achieve your desired level of spiciness. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
  • STEP 3.Spoon the buffalo chicken filling onto the center of the rolled-out dough. Fold the sides of the dough over the filling and roll it up, starting from the bottom and tucking in like a burrito.
  • STEP 4.Place the stromboli seam-side down on the preheated baking sheet. Brush the top of the stromboli with the beaten egg.
  • STEP 5.Make a few small slits on the top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape while baking. Bake the Buffalo Chicken Stromboli in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until it's golden brown and crispy.
