  • 0.13 teaspoon seasoned salt check for gluten free labels
  • 1/4 pound boneless skinless chicken tenders or breast
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • As required salt and pepper
  • 2 slices thick cut bacon fried
  • 1/2 tomatoes sliced and sprinkled with salt + pepper
  • 1/4 large head buttered lettuce chopped
  • 1/4 avocado peeled, pitted + sliced
  • 0.13 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 ounce blue cheese crumbled
  • As required potato chips lightly crushed
  • 1 whole wheat tortillas warmed
  • As required ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
