  • 0.17 tablespoon Finely minced fresh ginger or ginger paste
  • 0.17 pound Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
  • 0.17 Seedless/english cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 0.33-1/2 cup Baby spinach
  • As required Diced avocado
  • As required Chopped, fresh cilantro
  • 0.06 cup Fresh lime juice
  • 1/25 cup Creamy peanut butter or tahini
  • 0.33 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 0.17 tablespoon Sesame oil or toasted sesame oil
  • 0.17-0.33 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.17 teaspoon Chili garlic sauce, optional, but adds great flavor and a little kick
  • 0.17 Clove garlic, finely minced
