Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Start by preparing the sweet potatoes and taro. Peel and dice them into small cubes.
  • STEP 2.In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the sweet potatoes, taro, and tapioca pearls. Cook until they are tender and cooked through.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pot, heat the coconut milk and palm sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Add pandan leaves for extra fragrance.
  • STEP 4.Once the sweet potatoes, taro, and tapioca pearls are cooked, drain them and add them to the pot with the coconut milk mixture. Stir well to combine.
  • STEP 5.Simmer the mixture for a few more minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
