  • 0.13 cup Jaggery
  • 0.03 cup Ghee

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat a pan and dry roast the brown rice on low heat until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
  • STEP 2.Allow the roasted rice to cool down and then grind it into a fine powder using a blender or mixer.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, melt ghee and add the powdered brown rice. Mix well to combine.
  • STEP 4.In another pan, heat jaggery with a little water to make a syrup. Cook until the jaggery melts and the syrup thickens.
  • STEP 5.Add the jaggery syrup to the brown rice mixture and mix well to form a sticky dough.
  • STEP 6.Allow the mixture to cool slightly and then shape it into small round laddus using your hands.
  • STEP 7.Store the laddus in an airtight container and serve as a healthy and delicious sweet treat.
