Kids love " vada paav" so why not make vada which serve them benefits of protein with their favourite patato taste ? so here i have stuffed vada with brown chana and moong sprouts and have mixed paneer with potato i also have added peanuts which are good protein source and sesame seeds which contains iron, fiber and magnesium i have also added coconut which is good source of calcium paneer is also a very good source of protein and calcium.
