  • STEP 1.Soak broken wheat and lentils in water for 4-5 hours.
  • STEP 2.Drain the water and grind the soaked ingredients into a smooth batter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, curry leaves, and spices to the batter.
  • STEP 4.Mix well and let the batter ferment for 6-8 hours.
  • STEP 5.Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter onto it.
  • STEP 6.Spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  • STEP 7.Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until the dosa turns golden brown.
