1 Cups broken wheat (dalia)
1/2 Cups Cranberries
2 Cups Hot water
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
3 Tbsp Olive oil
To Taste Salt (To Taste)
1/2 Tbsp spice black pepper
1/2 Cups medium finely chopped cucumber
1/2 Cups onion ( finely chopped)
3 Tbsp coriander leaves..chopped

STEP 1.In a bowl, add a cup of dalia.
STEP 2.Then, add 1/4 cups cranberries to it.
STEP 3.Next, add two cups of hot water and keep it aside for 20-25 minutes.
STEP 4.In another bowl, start preparing the dressing.
STEP 5.Add 2 tbsp lemon juice and 3 tbsp olive oil.
STEP 6.Now, mix salt and pepper and make the dressing.
STEP 7.In the dalia bowl, add cucumber, onion, coriander leaves and more cranberries.
