  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 cup Broccoli
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • NaN As required Salt
  • As required Ingredients for preparing potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kalonji seeds
  • 1 No.s Sweet Potato
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder

Directions: Broccoli Sweet Potato Sabji Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a preheated pan, add1 tbsp oil, 2 cups broccoli cut into florets, ½ tsp cumin powder and salt to taste.

  • STEP 1.Cover and steam cook for 3 to 4 minutes till done.

  • STEP 1.Put another pan on the heat and add 1tbsp oil, ½ tsp kalonji seeds and 1 sweet potato, peeled and cut lengthwise. Add 1tsp haldi, 1 tsp red chilli powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.

  • STEP 1.Sprinkle a little water over the potatoes, cover and cook till done.

  • STEP 1.Add the cooked broccoli to the cooked potatoes in the pan. Stir well till combined. Turn off the heat.
