  • 1/4 pound flank steak, cut into thin strips

  • 0.13 cup low sodium soy sauce, or gluten free tamari
  • 1/4 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1.25 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 inch one fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1/4 tablespoon cornstarch, optional
  • 1/4 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 0.13 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1/4 large head broccoli, cut into florets and blanched
  • As required cooked rice or cauliflower rice, for serving
  • 1/4 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 3/4 scallions, sliced on the bias
