  • 1/25 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon Vegetable shortening or grass fed butter, very cold or frozen
  • 0.08 Large egg, cold
  • 0.08 teaspoon Cold water
  • 1/25 Yellow onion, diced
  • 0.08 Clove garlic, minced
  • 0.13 cup Broccoli florets, i use frozen, it's easier to chop, chopped
  • 0.67 Slices uncured bacon
  • 1/25 cup Shredded grass fed cheddar cheese **, optional, if primal
  • 0.67 Large eggs
  • 0.08 cup Dairy free milk, we use unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.08 tablespoon Potato starch
  • 1/25 cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/50 cup 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 0.08 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/50 teaspoon Ground black pepper
