Ingredients for Broccoli Recipe

  • 125 gms Broccoli ......
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic ......... (crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp Mixed herbs ....
  • 1/2 nos Spring onion .... bulb with greens (optional)
  • As required Salt ................... to taste
  • 0.07 tsp Black pepper .... (freshly crushed)
  • 1/2 tbsp oil ...

Directions: Broccoli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the broccoli florets with little salt and a pinch of baking soda just for one or two boils. Drain the water and immerse it in cold water. Set aside.
  • STEP 2.In a pan add olive oil or any cooking oil. Saute the garlic to a light brown colour.
  • STEP 3.Tip in the broccoli florets. Season with salt, pepper, herbs and finely chopped spring onion. Stir it a couple of times and it is ready to serve.
