Ingredients for Brinjal Ka Bharta Recipe

  • 0.33 nos Brinjal -large
  • 1 nos Tomatoes large
  • 0.33 nos onion finely chopped
  • 2 nos green chillies
  • 2 nos pcs Garlic (kaliya)
  • As required As per taste Salt
  • As required turmeric powder
  • As required kasoori methi
  • As required garam masala
  • 1.33 tsp Olive oil (you can use any cooking oil)

Directions: Brinjal Ka Bharta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Slit brinjal from 3 sides
  • STEP 2.Insert green chillies, garlic in it
  • STEP 3.On a gas burner put a jali on that put brinjal, tomatoes
  • STEP 4.Roast till those are properly cooked
  • STEP 5.Put a pan on the gas low flam le
  • STEP 6.Add cooking oil in it now put finely chopped onion in it
  • STEP 7.When brinjal,toamtoes cool down mash it with the help of ladle
  • STEP 8.Pan which have onion add salt, spices according to taste
  • STEP 9.Now add mixture of brinjal, tomatoes in it
  • STEP 10.Cook well
  • STEP 11.Serve it with chapatis
