Brinjal Gotsu With Rava Pongal Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Brinjal Gotsu is a South Indian side dish made with brinjals, tamarind, and a blend of spices. It has a tangy and slightly spicy flavor that pairs well with Rava Pongal, a savory semolina dish. The gotsu is made by saut茅ing brinjals with onions, tomatoes, and spices, and then simmering it with tamarind pulp. The Rava Pongal is prepared by roasting semolina and cooking it with moong dal, ginger, and ghee. This combination of Brinjal Gotsu and Rava Pongal makes for a delicious and comforting meal.
