Ingredients for Breas Aloo Tikki Veg Burger Recipe
1.50 cups 3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped into
1 g reen chilies finely chopped
1.50 tablespoons Cilantro or coriander leaves finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon 1 ½ teaspoon
to taste Salt
1 teaspoons Lemon juice
1.50 tablespoons Oil for shallow fry
2 g Burger buns
2 Pieces Slices cheese
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
1/2 Pieces A small red onion
1 Pieces Medium tomatoes, sliced
2 A Few A few leaves lettuce
1/2 Cups Breadcrumbs
1/2 Cups reen Peas
Directions: Breas Aloo Tikki Veg Burger Recipe
STEP 1.Boil and mash potatoes and peas. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except oil.
STEP 2.Make patties out of this mixture. The size of the patty should depend on the size of burger bun.
STEP 3.Make all the patty, take breadcrumbs in a plate and coat each patty with the breadcrumbs. Press it lightly, so crumbs stick to the patty.
STEP 4.Toast the bun if you want or skip.
STEP 5.Heat the oil for shallow frying the tikki. Shallow fry it till it is gloden brown. Drizzle some more oil on top and flip it very carefully so it does not break.Cook bottom side as well.
STEP 6.When patty is about to ready, place a cheese slice on patty and let it melt slightly.
STEP 7.Making aloo tikki burger:
STEP 8.Spread the mayonnaise and ketchup on the bottom burger bun.
STEP 9.put the lettuce leaf on it.
STEP 10.Now using the spatula lift the patty and place on lettuce leaf.
STEP 11.Top it with tomato slices and onion rings.
STEP 12.Close the burger with top bun and serve.
