Breaded chicken cutlets cooked in the skillet topped with everything i normally add to my guacamole – sliced avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, red onion and lime juice.

0.06 teaspoon seasoned salt, such as adobo seasoning
1/2 large egg whites, beaten
0.13 teaspoon sazon, homemade or packaged
0.13 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
0.38 tablespoon olive oil
1 ounce avocado, from 1 small Hass
1/4 cup grape tomatoes, halved
0.06 cup slivered red onion
0.06 cup cilantro leaves
0.06 teaspoon kosher salt and black pepper

0.13 juice of lime
