Ingredients for Bread Veggie Cutlets(baked & Shallow fried) Recipe

  • 3/4 pieces Bread slices
  • 1/4 cup Boiled & mashed potato
  • 0.06 cup Finely chopped onion
  • 0.06 Cup Finely chopped green capsicum
  • 0.06 cup Finely chopped red & yellow bellpeppers
  • 0.06 cup Finely chopped carrots
  • 1/4 Tbsp finely chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 Tbsp Finely chopped garlic
  • 1/4 Tbsp Finely chopped ginger
  • 0.06 cup Boiled sweet corn kernels
  • 0.06 cup Chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Rosted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • 3/4 tbsp white oil

Directions: Bread Veggie Cutlets(baked & Shallow Fried) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut out the edges of breads & grind coarsely until crumbly texture.
  • STEP 2.Take all ingredients into a mixing bowl, add prepared bread crumbs, mix together properly & make cutlets from the mixture.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan, shallow fry the Cutlets until golden brown & Crisp.
  • STEP 4.It can be baked also, first brush some oil all over the cutlets & Bake the Cutlets at 200°c for 20 min.
  • STEP 5.Enjoy with Salad & any sauces or dips
