STEP 1.Cut out the edges of breads & grind coarsely until crumbly texture.
STEP 2.Take all ingredients into a mixing bowl, add prepared bread crumbs, mix together properly & make cutlets from the mixture.
STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan, shallow fry the Cutlets until golden brown & Crisp.
STEP 4.It can be baked also, first brush some oil all over the cutlets & Bake the Cutlets at 200°c for 20 min.
STEP 5.Enjoy with Salad & any sauces or dips
