I hit upon this dish quite by chance one evening when i was craving for a wholesome cheesy lasagna and had run out of lasagna sheets at home. The bread worked well as a barrier between the layers while baking and provided a good texture to the dish as well.

  • 1/2 cup Soya Nugget Granules tea
  • 1/2 All Purpose Flour/ maida tbspns
  • 1/2 Butter tbspns + 2 tbspns
  • 1/4 Cheese Slice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Oregano Seasoning
  • 0.13 cup Peas boiled/ steamed
  • 1/4 Onion large, finely chopped
  • 1-1.25 flakes garlic , finely chopped
  • 1/2-3/4 Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 25 gram Paneer finely chopped
  • 1/2 Potatoes , boiled and grated
  • 1/4 Fresh coriander tbspn, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Bread Crumbs tbspns, for the top crust
  • 1/2-3/4 Tomato Puree Of medium sized blanched tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cream tbspn
  • 1/4 Cheese Cube
  • As required Salt
