Ingredients for Bread Rolls..😋😋😋 Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 2 g 8-9 g
  • A Few Few curry leaves
  • 1.50 g 6-7 g
  • To Taste salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Haldi powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Finely chopped coriander
  • as required Bread slices

Directions: Bread Rolls..😋😋😋 Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes and cool it completely.
  • STEP 2.Mash it in a bowl.
  • STEP 3.Make a coarse paste of garlic and green chillies.
  • STEP 4.In a kadai take 2 tbsp oil and add rai, curry leaves and garlic and chilli paste and saute for 2 mins and then add haldi powder and mix well and off the gas.
  • STEP 5.Pour this mixture over the boiled potatoes and add salt to taste and finely chopped coriander.
  • STEP 6.Mix everything and make a stuffing.
  • STEP 7.Take bread slice and soak it in water for a sec and remove it and squeeze it nicely.
  • STEP 8.Keep the stuffing at the centre and press and cover it nicely and give it a roll shape.
  • STEP 9.Similarly make all the rolls and keep aside for 15 mins.
  • STEP 10.Keep oil for frying and deep fry these one by one.
  • STEP 11.Cut from centre and serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
